The friendly staff made a last-minute check-in smooth and stress-free, promptly providing a luggage cart. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with ample space for both relaxation and pet accommodation. However, cleanliness issues marred the experience, particularly the presence of black mold in the bathroom. Additionally, an alarming electrical fire incident during the night created a chaotic atmosphere, leading to flooding in our previous room from the sprinkler system without appropriate safety assurances provided by the staff.

excellent wifi

Solo traveler searching for something better

On the plus side, the breakfast was decent and had some refreshing fruits. The wifi was excellent, worked like a charm so I could catch up on some things.

It wasn't exactly cheap though still acceptable for the price.

We stayed here during a wedding ceremony and it exceeded our expectations! The staff was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Having stayed in a different place in springfield before, this experience was definitely much better!
